Smart Assistant on Facebook and Instagram

Pinkish uses an automated smart assistant (Pinkish Smart Assistant) to reply to the private messages and comments we receive on the Pinkish Facebook page and the Pinkish Instagram account. The assistant identifies itself in its replies so that users know the reply is automated.

When you message us or comment on our posts, we receive from Meta the text of the message or comment and the numeric account identifier specific to our page. This information is sent to the artificial intelligence service provider (Anthropic) for one purpose only, preparing the reply, and is not used for any other purpose.

We keep the text of conversations on our servers for a maximum of 30 days, only so that the assistant can follow the context of the conversation, and it is then deleted automatically. The Pinkish team may read a conversation to answer your request when needed. We do not sell this information or share it with any other party.

The assistant does not ask for any banking details or passwords. To request deletion of your conversations before this period ends, you can write to us at tech@gopinkish.com.
