Account and Data Deletion Request - Pinkish

This page is for requests to delete accounts and data associated with the app and website Pinkish (Developer: Pinkish - gopinkish.com) in accordance with Google Play Store policy and privacy protection requirements.

Steps to request deletion:

1. Fill out the form below with the required information.
2. We will verify your identity via the email or phone number associated with the account.
3. After verification, your data will be permanently deleted or hidden within a maximum of 7 business days.

The data to be deleted:

• Account information (name, email, encrypted password).
• Order details (address, phone number, shipping details).
• Any correspondence or inquiries you have sent to us via the Site or the App.
• Subscription data for newsletters or alerts.

The data we may retain:

• Billing and financial transaction data that is required by law to be kept (up to 5 years for accounting and tax purposes).
• Anonymized data (without any personal information) for statistical and service improvement purposes.

Data retention period:

• All personal data is deleted or masked once the request is approved, except as required by law.
