RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Care & Beauty

  • All products are inspected before shipment, so there is no possibility of exchange or return unless Special Exceptional Cases.
  • If an exchange is approved, the product must be in its original condition, fully wrapped and unopened and unused. Exchanges can only be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
  • The product can only be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value. We cannot refund any cash paid unless In special cases.
  • Return and return costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is damaged at the source, in which case the store will bear all costs. The replacement product will be sent only after receiving the product to be exchanged and ensuring that it meets the terms of the exchange.

Fragrances

  • You can replace the fragrances during the 7 days from receipt of the product.
  • The product must be packaged in its original condition and the box must have never been opened.
  • The product can only be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value. We cannot refund any cash paid unless Special cases.
  • Return and return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The replacement product will only be dispatched once the product to be exchanged has been received and confirmed to be in compliance with the terms of the exchange.

Additional notes

  • Products purchased at a discounted price or during a sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Discount and gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Any refund shall be made by registered postal transfer no later than 7 working days from the date of approval of the refund.
